What we offer

We have a range of three basic packages which are based on the most popularly chosen elements of weddings that we are asked to photograph. However, we celebrate individuality so of course we are happy to customise these packages to suit your needs. You you can then choose from our range of album styles and sizes to complete your tailor-made wedding photography package.

What's included?

Every wedding we photograph includes:

1. A pre-wedding meeting (preferably two) which will give us the chance to get to know each other which we hope will help you relax in front of the camera and better understand the way we work. We also like to let you see the styles of pictures we can offer so we can ensure you get what you're looking for.

2.  An online proofing gallery for you, your family and friends. We'll let you know the date your pictures will be ready to view online and can give you and any or all of your guests with login details to view pictures of the wedding. You can choose the pictures for your album here and family and friends can buy pictures as prints in various sizes or as downloads here on our website.

3.  Extensive post-production on your pictures and album layout. Our in-house designer will work on creative layouts to bring the best out in your pictures and build up an album that will tell the story of your day in a way that will make you want to keep coming back to it rather than leave it on a shelf gathering dust. To be certain you are happy, we'll gladly send proofs of your page layouts for collage-style albums. If you'd prefer prints or a cd/dvd of your images this can also be arranged.

4. Delivery of your album and/or any other items you've chosen. We'll let you know as soon as you place an order when the items you've chosen will be delivered so you're not left wondering what's going on.

New for 2009, we're now including an optional free pre-wedding shoot in an effort to help us get to know each other better, help you feel more at ease in front of the camera on the day, and identify the style of pictures that will best show your personality.

What will it cost?

this depends on which parts of your wedding you want us to photograph

The elements most commonly chosen from are:

  • Bridal preparations
  • Arrival, during and after the ceremony
  • A shoot at a chosen location
  • Cutting of the cake
  • Speeches
  • First dance
  • Early part of the evening reception

Every wedding is unique and so we'll give you a quote based on exactly what you're looking for. Until we have had a chance to chat about that though, we understand it might be helpful to get a feel for our pricing so here are some examples of popular packages. Our new offer for 2009 means the prices below include a 10 x 10-inch Madison album with 10 pages (20 sides) normally charged at £195. This can be upgraded to an alternative size/number of pages, or swapped completely for other products.

Example 1 - Coverage of everyone arriving at the ceremony, pictures during the ceremony (subject to permission from the venue). Pictures outside the venue, then on to your reception for pictures of the cutting of the cake. Priced at £820

Example 2 -  Pictures of arrival at the venue, during the ceremony (subject to permission from the venue) then outside the venue. On to another carefully chosen location for a special shoot, then on to your reception for pictures of the cutting of the cake. Priced at £985

Example 3 -  Pictures of the bridal preparations, arrival at the venue, during the ceremony (subject to permission from the venue) then outside the venue. On to another carefully chosen location for a special shoot, then on to your reception for pictures of the cutting of the cake, the speeches and your first dance. Priced at £1200

We offer an extensive range of albums to suit the size of your pictures and the number of them (and of course your budget), we can also provide mini-albums as gifts for parents and/or bridesmaids etc. and have a popular selection of frames, canvases and acrylics for presenting your favourite pictures of the day. The styles of album we can offer are virtually limitless as we don't restrict ourselves to using one supplier. We do, however, have some favourite brands who have shown themselves to be the market-leaders and time has told us that these albums are of a quality that will last a lifetime.
